    Default Do I need a land line for Dish Network?

    I want to get rid of my land line phone. Do I have to have land line service for Dish Network to continue working?

    You do not need a land line to have Dish Network service in your home. However, if you do have a land line at home or an internet connection that can connect to your Dish receiver it will give you more function to your receiver such as ordering pay per view through your remote.
